    SHIPPING TIME

    Our normal shipping time is 12 to 20 days but it may take up to 30 days. We take 2-3 day to ship the item.

    We usually ship from Asia through normal shipping methods (track-able). If you need fast shipping you can contact us for further information.

    Sometimes, due to customs it may take more time. It has nothing to do with us because its not our fault.

    Some orders are eligible for free fast shipping. You can find it in the description of the product.

    TAX

    We do not charge any tax on any item. You will only pay the amount of the product + shipping.

    SHIPPING CHARGES

    Our shipping is free for the order of $50 USD and above. We charges $4.99 USD flat shipping charge on whole order less than $50 USD.  This is same for domestic or international shipping.

    HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

    The tracking number associated with your order will be sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you didn’t receive, or cannot find your shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will send you your tracking number directly.

    CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

    Orders are processed very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, an order usually cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please contact us and let us know asap.

    MY ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED. CAN I HAVE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGED?

    The shipping address for orders that are already on their way to you cannot be changed by Slack or our fulfillment center.

    WHAT IF I PUT INCORRECT ADDRESS?

    Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address.

    If you do not receive your item due to incorrect address. It is your responsibly.

    If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will update your delivery address if your item(s) have not been dispatched.

    CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM I’VE PURCHASED?

    If you want to return an item or exchange it, just contact us and let us know the reason, and we’ll help right away. Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.

    WHAT IF I ORDER SOMETHING THAT’S OUT OF STOCK?

    We work very hard to prevent this from happening. Occasionally, however, orders might slip through that contain out-of-stock items. In these cases, out-of-stock item(s) or your entire order may be cancelled; you will, of course, receive a refund to your credit card for any items that cannot be shipped. Our fulfillment center will also contact you to let you know that your order has been modified.

    WILL I BE CHARGED A CUSTOMS FEE FOR MY ORDER?

    We send all products as gifts so that you will not be charged for customs fee. But sometimes (very rare) they charge the custom fee. You will be responsible to pay any customs fees. The shipping fees charged for your order do not include custom fees. If you’re unsure of your country’s laws and policies regarding customs fees, please contact your local customs office. We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with the customs charges in your country before you place an order.

    WHO WILL PAY RETURN ITEM SHIPPING CHARGES?

    For all the returns, customer will be responsible to pay the shipping charges.

    WHEN I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK FOR RETURN ITEM?

    Once we receive and inspect the return product. We will issue you the return amount within 14 days. It will automatically be deposited in the account you paid from.
